Tap Star, also known as Tapstars, is an Australian company that makes NFC “tap to review” cards and an online platform that helps local businesses collect more 5-star Google reviews. A customer taps their phone on the card (or scans the printed QR code) and is taken straight to the business's Google review page — no app required.
How does a Tap Star review card work?
Each card has an NFC chip and a QR code programmed with your Google review link. When a customer taps or scans it, their phone opens your review page instantly. The link is reprogrammable, so you can update where it points at any time from your dashboard.

Do customers need an app?
